$128,618 – $136,775 per year + Superannuation

Reporting to the Manager IT Solutions, this position is responsible for leading our IT Business Initiatives team with purpose, partnership and a forward thinking mindset.

Develop and lead the implementation of a business partnering strategy to align IT initiatives with organisational objectives

Establish and lead an IT Project Management Office (PMO) to deliver tech projects with consistency and transparency

Design and deliver change management strategies to enable successful adoption of new systems and technology

Drive innovation through research and application of emerging technologies and build enterprise wide roadmaps

Develop information management and data governance strategies, improving accessibility and compliance

Provide strong leadership through mentoring, coaching and capability building within a high performing team

About you

Tertiary qualifications in Computer Science, Project Management, Business Management or related discipline

Extensive experience leading multidisciplinary teams, embedding project and change frameworks

Strong stakeholder and vendor engagement experience

Expertise in project governance, strategy alignment, and continuous improvement

Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical to non-technical

Passion for coaching and mentoring others to reach their full potential

Sound financial, procurement and contract management capabilities

Demonstrated understanding of relevant legislative and WHS responsibilities

Current SA Class C Driver's Licence

Be willing to undergo a pre-employment medical and police check
