About The Role
We're looking for a proactive Gaming Attendant to create a welcoming atmosphere for our guests through warm and authentic service. A suitable candidate will be motivated to comply with Responsible Service of Alcohol and Gaming regulations.
A Day In The Life Of a Gaming Attendant
* Actively engage with guests by sharing your passion for our products and creating special moments that guests won't forget.
* Contribute positively to our culture of responsibility, centred around safety as well as RSA and RCG/RSG compliance.
* Complete machine payouts and cash handling tasks in accordance with hotel policies and gaming regulations.
About You
* You are great with people, detail‐oriented, and communicative, and motivated to make magic happen for your guests and teammates.
* You are a team player and have flexible availability across the day, evenings, and weekends.
* You hold current industry RSA and RSG/RCG qualifications.
* You'll be yourself and come as you are – ALH is known for its people.
Inherent Requirements
* This hands‐on role involves manual handling and lifting as part of regular duties (e.g., moving stock, kegs, and deliveries). Applicants must have the ability to perform physical tasks safely and efficiently.
