Branch Manager – Electrical & Refrigeration
Location: Emerald, QLD
Salary: $130,000 – $150,000 + FMCV + Super + Laptop & Phone
Residential Role: Monday–Friday Roster
This is not a "sit in the office and manage spreadsheets" kind of role.
This is a hands-on leadership opportunity for a senior electrician, refrigeration mechanic, or experienced service manager who wants to run a branch like it's their own business

The Opportunity
As the senior leader on site, you'll be responsible for leading electrical and refrigeration teams, overseeing scheduling and job management, supporting quoting and variations, driving safety and compliance, managing branch performance and profitability, and building strong customer relationships.
Ideal Background
Perfect Scenario: Dual trade qualified (Electrical + Refrigeration)
Second Preference: One trade qualified with solid exposure to the other discipline
Third Preference: Experienced Service Manager from a trade-based environment
You will bring proven leadership of trade-based teams, strong operational and commercial understanding, experience managing workflow and job profitability, confidence in dealing with customers, and a safety-first mindset.
