About the Role
We currently have an exciting opportunity for a full time Personal Banking Consultant to join our amazing team in the Weipa branch.
We are seeking an energetic, self-motivated and genuine team player who is looking for an opportunity to start a career in the financial services industry and be part of one of our busiest branches in Queensland. This is a fast-paced role, so if you are driven, resilient, enjoy a challenge and passionate about customer service, then this will be the role for you.
As a Personal Banking Consultant your main objective will be to provide an exceptional level of personalised service to Members and guide them to a successful outcome by identifying individual needs, problem solving and proactively promoting our products and services to assist them in achieving their financial goals. You will also be trained and developed to be able to handle a high volume of cash transactions.
This role is full time based on a 38 hour work week. No weekend work required.
About You
* Demonstrated sales experience and strong cash handling experience
* High attention to detail and accuracy
* A demonstrated ability to positively adapt to change
* Demonstrated ability to be resilient in a fast-paced work environment
* Ability to quickly build rapport with people and work as a supportive team member
* Experience in the Finance industry (desirable but not essential)
