The Role
• Lead WHS, Environmental and Quality frameworks across multiple civil sites (subdivisions, roads, stormwater, SA Water interfaces)
• Conduct site inductions, risk assessments inspections and incident investigations; track corrective actions to closure
• Plan and deliver toolbox talks; coach supervisors, PMs and subcontractors on best practice and legal obligations
• Manage audit schedules, document control and reporting
The Criteria
• Proven WHSEQ experience in civil construction/contracting (subdivisions, roadworks, water/stormwater advantageous) here in Adelaide
• Formal WHS qualifications (Cert IV/Diploma or higher) and an understanding of WHS legislation
• Confident communicator who can influence from the boardroom to the trench
• Current driver's licence; ability to travel between sites across Adelaide and surrounds
