NEW ROLE: Contribute to this partner's Government practice focusing on Aboriginal land claims and Native Title, Government clients, and high-stakes property matters in South Australia. Work from home 2 days a week.

Responsibilities
Work closely with the Partner, renowned for deep technical knowledge of NSW property law and practical experience advising on complex property transactions for both government and private sector clients.
Act regularly for State Government authorities, state-owned corporations, and local councils on the acquisition and disposal of land, including Crown and community land.
Handle compulsive acquisitions, easements, covenants, subdivisions, caveats, contaminated land, and public road matters.
