We're a leading Registered Club on the Central Coast, known for backing our team and community when it counts. We offer a fun, safe and welcoming environment where our members and guests come to enjoy quality food, exceptional service, and top-class facilities.
As a valued part of our kitchen team, you will:
* Prepare and present high-quality dishes that exceed guest expectations
* Collaborate with the team on daily service and menu development
* Contribute to seasonal specials, themed menus and events
* Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene and cleanliness
* Support a positive and respectful kitchen culture
We're looking for someone who:
* Has experience in a fast-paced commercial kitchen
* Is flexible and available across breakfast, lunch and dinner services
* Stays calm under pressure and works well in a team
* Has strong food safety knowledge and kitchen hygiene practices
* Has strong availability to work across a 7-day roster including weekends and public holidays
