The Shire of Murray is seeking a talented and enthusiastic individual to fill the position of Lifeguard on a casual basis. Working at the Murray Aquatic and Leisure Centre, the successful applicant will ensure customers using the aquatic facilities are supervised at all times, and that water safety is continuously upheld.
As the Murray Aquatic and Leisure Centre is open seven days a week, hours of work may be rostered from Monday to Sunday inclusive
This is an EBA level three position with an hourly rate of $41.64 per hour (inclusive of 25% casual loading), with additional penalties for before 6am/after 6pm, and weekends.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience
The successful applicant will have:
Current Pool Lifeguard Certificate
Resuscitation and/or Provide CPR Certificate
Provide First Aid Certificate
Experience working in an aquatic leisure environment is desirable
Police clearance no more than three months old
