About This Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated sales leader to join our team as Regional Sales Manager. This role is ideal for individuals with proven experience in Distal Extremities, Sports Medicine, or Orthopaedics, particularly those who bring prior management experience or have excelled as a Sales Representative with demonstrated leadership capabilities.
The successful incumbent will lead and manage a sales team in NSW and join our established management group, working alongside two other Regional Sales Managers within the state.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide leadership by example to an existing sales force that you will help guide and set targets for in line with the overall Australia commercial strategy.
* Assist your team in meeting and exceeding set sales/commercial targets.
* Support the operations function with sales forecasts and demand plan requirements.
* Lead by example recruitment and retention within your team, performance management, development training, succession planning etc.
* Drive inter-departmental cooperation with Operations, Marketing, Finance and other teams to ensure the successful execution of your strategy within NSW.
