Surgical account managers play a pivotal role in driving business growth by building strong relationships with surgical partners and key accounts. They are responsible for prospecting new opportunities, leveraging sales reports and forecasts to inform planning decisions, and maintaining in-depth product knowledge of Cochlear CI and Acoustic offerings.
* Maintain a deep understanding of the market and its trends to stay ahead of the competition.
* Develop and execute strategic plans to meet or exceed sales targets.
* Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including surgeons, hospital administrators, and other medical professionals.
* Stay up-to-date on industry developments, regulatory requirements, and product advancements.
