ABOUT THE ROLE
This is a senior leadership position responsible for the successful delivery of residential pool construction projects from site start through to completion.
You will lead Site Supervisors, manage scheduling and resources, enforce quality and safety standards, and ensure projects are delivered efficiently and professionally.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Construction Leadership
* Lead and manage Site Supervisors and construction teams

* Identify risks early and implement preventative solutions
* Work closely with Pre-Construction, Customer Experience, and Technical teams
