As we continue to grow, we're investing in our people, systems, and customer relationships — and we're looking for a proactive Account Manager to join our Busselton team.
The Opportunity
Reporting to the Branch Manager, you'll manage and grow a portfolio of trade and building customers across the South West. You'll be the key contact for your accounts — strengthening existing relationships, identifying new opportunities, and ensuring customers receive outstanding service and support from order to delivery.
This role suits someone who enjoys getting out on-site, understanding customer needs, and taking ownership of their territory's success.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and grow existing customer accounts across Busselton and the South West
* Build strong, long-term relationships with builders, project managers, and trade professionals
* Identify opportunities to increase sales and expand product use within existing accounts
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment and exceptional service
* Provide accurate quotes, follow up on enquiries, and manage customer expectations
* Monitor market activity and competitor trends in your region
About You
* Proven experience in account management, sales, or customer service — ideally within building materials or construction supply
* Strong relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills
* Commercially minded with a focus on service, retention, and profitability
* Organised, self-motivated, and able to work both independently and as part of a team
* Confident using CRM systems and managing customer data
* Current driver's licence and willingness to travel locally
