Ready to build your career in Finance with real business impact? Join Stryker as a Finance Analyst within our FP&A team. Reporting to the Senior Manager, FP&A, you'll partner closely with the Commercial Manager (FP&A) and senior leaders including the Finance Director, President, and broader Leadership Team.
This role sits at the heart of performance management, planning, and decision support — helping drive better decisions, unlock value, and challenge thinking through strong financial insight and governance.
What you'll do
* Partner with the business
o Build strong relationships across finance, leadership, and key back-office functions
o Understand stakeholder priorities and provide clear, commercially focused insights
o Challenge assumptions and bring an independent financial perspective
o Proactively engage to influence outcomes and support better decision-making
* Support planning, forecasting & commercial processes
o Contribute to weekly reporting cadence and data accuracy
o Support month-end close, quarterly forecasts, and annual budget cycles
o Support annual quota setting, awards, and quota P&L processes
o Play a key role in the business-wide Bonus & Commissions (B&C) process, including accruals, reporting, and insights
* Drive performance insights
o Support or own month-end activities, including B&C cost tracking across business franchises
o Deliver variance analysis and clear monthly P&L commentary
o Produce regular and ad hoc reporting to track business performance
o Maintain risks & opportunities (R&O) tracking and data integrity
* Enable decision-making
o Support financial modelling and scenario analysis
o Provide timely, accurate insights that guide business decisions
* Contribute to continuous improvement
o Support FP&A and broader finance initiatives aligned to business goals
o Identify opportunities to improve processes, reporting, and data quality
What you bring
* Degree in Finance or related discipline
* CA/CPA (completed or in progress)
* Strong Excel skills (modelling, analysis, large data sets)
* Power BI experience (reporting and dashboards)
* Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
* High attention to detail and strong organisational capability
* Proactive, solutions-focused mindset with the confidence to challenge
