**About us**

At **Sakura Health and Wellness**, we are dedicated to providing compassionate, professional allied health services to our community. Our modern practice in **Mount Warren Park** supports clients with a holistic approach to health and wellbeing, offering psychology, speech therapy, assessments, dietetics and other allied health services.

We now have an exciting opportunity to add to our administration team and are looking for a friendly and organised casual administration team member to join the welcoming face of our practice and support our growth. The position would suit someone who is flexible with their working hours, with the opportunity for hours to increase as the clinic grows.

**About You**
- **Experience**: previous allied health/medical reception experience desired but not essential
- **Tech-savvy**: confident with computers and previous experience with practice management software will be well regarded, particularly Halaxy, as will a solid understanding of social media platforms
- **Organised and detail-oriented**: ability to be independent and autonomous in work while effectively managing competing demands
- **Warm and approachable**: demonstrated customer service skills, characterised by a friendly and approachable manner, ensuring a warm, positive environment for clients and clinicians
- **Team-focused**: able to work collaboratively with allied health practitioners to deliver outstanding client service whilst also managing tasks independently

**Tasks & responsibilities**
- Scheduling and re-scheduling appointments, managing waiting lists and promptly offer any cancellations to clients
- Ensure client information is accurate, including billing information
- Assist clients to complete necessary forms and documentation including intake forms
- Assess referrals and care plans, ensuring compliance
- Attending clinic meetings when required
- Complete clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, scanning and faxing
- Handle invoicing and billing processes, including taking and managing payments via tyro accurately and efficiently
- Maintaining a clean, organised, and welcoming clinic environment

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $32.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 3 - 30 per week
