Service Stream has made the strategic decision to implement the full suite of SAP SuccessFactors modules (HR & Payroll), as well as SAP Time & Attendance Management by Workforce Software (WFS).
The project is currently in the design and build phase and will move into testing early next year.
We are seeking experienced Test Analysts to support each test phase and provide hypercare support after go-live.
# **About the Role**As a Test Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful delivery of SAP SuccessFactors and WFS modules.
You will be responsible for developing and executing test scripts, validating end-to-end processes, and supporting integration testing.
This role is a fixed term contract through to 30th November ****.**Key Responsibilities:*** Develop and review test scripts.
* Execute test scripts in each test phase, report defects, and retest once resolved.
* Perform parallel run testing, including variance analysis, defect reporting, and resolution strategies (specific to Payroll and WFS).
* Provide Subject Matter Expertise in SAP (Payroll, HCM, or WFS) to ensure quality delivery.
* Validate end-to-end processes across modules and support integration testing.
* Assist during hypercare phase by logging issues and managing them through resolution.
**About You**Our ideal candidate has proven experience in testing SAP modules and a strong analytical mindset.
You will also have:* Experience testing with one or more of: + SAP Employee Central Payroll (ECP) + SAP HCM Modules (Employee Central, Onboarding, Recruitment, Performance Management, Succession Management, Compensation Management, Learning Management) + SAP Time & Attendance Management by Workforce Software (WFS)* Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
* Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with technical and business stakeholders.
* Knowledge of JIRA/XRAY for managing test scripts and defects.
* Advanced Excel skills.
* Ability to work independently or as part of a team, delivering quality outcomes within agreed timelines.
* Be part of a major SAP transformation project.
* Work with cutting-edge HR and Payroll technologies.
