The Role
As our new Conveyancing Solicitor, you'll take ownership of client matters from contract to settlement, guiding buyers and sellers through every step of the process. You'll work closely with our admin and paralegal team, ensuring clients feel supported and informed from day one.
What you'll be doing:
· Reviewing contracts and titles to identify risks or issues
· Drafting and reviewing key documents — contracts, transfers, settlement forms
· Liaising with clients, agents, and other solicitors for smooth transactions
· Advising clients clearly and confidently on their rights and obligations
· Managing settlements and associated financial transactions
· Staying up to date with property law and compliance changes
· Building strong relationships and delivering standout service

What We're Looking For

· A qualified solicitor (admitted to practice in Queensland)
· Experienced — ideally 3+ years in property law or conveyancing
