Job Description
* Providing comprehensive administrative support to ensure seamless program delivery
* Preparing and managing reports, correspondence, and documentation
* Maintaining accurate records and databases in line with organisational standards
* Coordinating meetings, including agendas, minutes, and scheduling
* Handling internal and external enquiries professionally and promptly
* Supporting the team with data entry, filing, and general administration
* Ensuring adherence to Public Sector policies and procedures
Requirements
* Experience in administrative or program support roles (Public Sector experience highly regarded)
* Excellent time management and attention to detail
* Confidence using office software such as Word, Excel, and databases
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* A collaborative approach and ability to build strong working relationships
* Knowledge of Public Sector processes (advantageous but not essential)
