W Sydney is on the lookout for a **Concierge Supervisor** to join our team, reporting to the Chief Concierge or their designate.
+ Lead and support all Concierge operations in the absence of the Chief Concierge, ensuring seamless service that exceeds guest expectations.
+ Supervise the **Wheels team**, main hotel driveway, car stacker, transportation services, and courier/postal dispatching.
+ Champion the **Whatever/Whenever** culture, creating personalized and memorable experiences for every guest.
+ Collaborate with hotel departments to anticipate guest needs and deliver an exceptional, tailor-made stay.
+ Maintain a service philosophy that inspires and guides your team to excellence.
