An exciting opportunity has arisen for an ambitious and patient-focused Associate Dentist to join a modern, fast-growing mixed practice that is currently expanding into a brand-new 4-surgery facility equipped with the latest digital technology.
This is an ideal role for a clinician who enjoys general dentistry but also wants the opportunity to further develop interests in areas such as Invisalign, implants, cosmetic dentistry, or endodontics within a highly progressive environment.
The practice is growing quickly, investing heavily in technology and infrastructure, and looking for someone who wants to grow alongside it long term.
The Role
1. Position: Associate Dentist
2. Employment Type: Permanent
3. Working Pattern: 3 days per week
4. Potential to increase days over time as the practice expands
Working Hours
09:00 – 17:00
A stable, structured schedule offering excellent work-life balance while still providing strong earning and growth potential.
Remuneration
5. 45% private split (negotiable depending on experience)
6. £13–£14 per UDA
7. Strong long-term private earning potential as the practice grows
