Job Description
We're seeking an experienced Tractor Operator / Farm Hand to join a busy broadacre farming team near North Star, NSW. This role involves operating modern agricultural machinery across cotton and grain crops, supporting day-to-day field operations in a fast-paced, safety-focused environment.
You'll be part of a hardworking crew dedicated to delivering high-quality results during the upcoming cropping and harvest season.
The Role
As a Operator / Farm Hand, you'll play a vital role in ensuring efficient field preparation, crop and harvest operations.
Key Responsibilities
Operate tractors for row cropping, tillage, and planting activities>
Use GPS systems for accurate seeding and field operations
Assist with grain harvest and general farm labour as required
Conduct basic machinery maintenance and safety checks
Support irrigation and broadacre operations as directed
Follow all safety procedures and contribute to a positive team culture

Your Skills & Experience
Proven tractor driving experience in broadacre or row cropping
Familiarity with GPS-guided equipment and modern farm machinery
A strong work ethic and commitment to safe work practices
Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle for travel to site
Grain or harvest experience preferred
Sound communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team
