The Opportunity
Vision Survey is looking for an experienced FIFO 10:4 Survey Manager (project located near Rockhampton) who will lead from the field on an established project. Reporting directly to the General Manager, this is a career-defining opportunity to deliver critical projects today while shaping the capability and culture for tomorrow.
What You Will Be Doing
* Manage the projects, including planning, calculations, design, on-site delivery, QA and client reporting
* Coordinating teams of staff across shifts
* Deliver technical outputs using 12d and maintain QA systems to the highest standards
* Build and mentor a Brisbane-based survey team to support long-term growth
* Develop and strengthen client relationships, ensuring repeat work and reputation for delivery
* Partner with the General Manager to expand Vision Survey's offering and pursue new opportunities in SE Queensland
What We're Looking For
* Strong background in civil and construction surveying, with proficiency in 12d design and reporting
* Hands‐on leader who is confident in both the field and in managing teams
* Track record in client management, QA, compliance and project reporting
* Ideally Brisbane based, or committed to the region's growth and client base
* Strategic mindset with the ability to contribute to business development and sector growth
