HulkBuild is expanding, and we’re seeking motivated Production Operators to join our manufacturing team as we scale the next generation of hemp-based building materials in Australia.
About the Role
This position will commence as casual, with the opportunity to progress to full-time employment for the right candidate as production ramps up.
As a Production Operator, you’ll be hands-on in the manufacturing process — working across batching, pressing, finishing, and quality checks to ensure consistent, high-quality panels.
Key Responsibilities
* Operate factory machinery and production equipment
* Assist with batching and material mixing
* Load and unload molds and presses
* Perform basic quality inspections and record results
* Maintain a clean and safe work environment
* Work cooperatively with the production team
Ideal Candidate Profile
* Reliable, punctual, and committed to working safely
* Experience in manufacturing, labouring, or machine operation (advantageous but not essential)
* Forklift licence highly advantageous
* Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
* Physically capable of manual handling and factory work
* Willing to learn and adapt in a fast-growing environment
