What You'll Be Doing:
As a Sterile Compounding and Pharmacy Technician, you'll take on a variety of exciting tasks that require focus, precision, and a commitment to quality. Some of your key duties will include:
 * Compounding Medicines: Compound life-saving medicines in compliance with national standards.
 * Maintaining Cleanrooms: Ensure a sterile environment by cleaning and managing inventory.
 * Batch Prep & Documentation: Keep everything running smoothly with accurate documentation and batch preparation.
 * Customer Service: Interact with patients, providing top-notch care and service.
 * Collaborate: Work closely with our pharmacy team, reporting directly to the pharmacist in charge of oncology and manufacturing.
About You:
We're looking for someone who is methodical, focused, and eager to learn. While prior compounding or cleanroom experience is great, it's not essential — we'll provide you with the training and tools you need to succeed. What's most important is your commitment to providing exceptional care, your attention to detail, and your enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
To be successful in this role, you'll need to have:
 * A background in community pharmacy, hospital pharmacy, or a relevant industry.
 * This position is suitable for entry level/graduate candidates with appropriate pharmacy background.
 * Australian citizenship or permanent residency status.
 * Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays as needed.
Bonus Points If You Have:
 * Hands-on experience in pharmacy compounding or cleanroom environments.
 * A degree or relevant training in fields like pharmacy, microbiology, or chemistry.
 * Previous experience applying GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) in a pharmaceutical or healthcare setting.
