The role
We are seeking a qualified Plumber to join our site team, working on civil works and new residential builds (slab to handover. You will be working closely with our site supervisors and other trades to deliver rough-in, fit-off and maintenance/defects work.
Key duties:
* Rough-in and fit-off for new residential units and houses
* Reading and interpreting plans and specifications
* Liaising with site supervisors and other trades to meet program
* Fault-finding and rectification during defects periods
* Ensuring all work is completed safely and to current Australian Standards

About you
To be successful, you will have:
* NSW Plumbing Tradesperson or Contractor Licence
* White Card (Construction Induction)
* Valid driver's licence and reliable transport
* Experience on civil & subdivision works and residential construction sites (new builds preferred)
* Strong focus on safety, quality and housekeeping
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Good communication with supervisors, office and clients when needed
Desirable:
* Experience with civil subdivision works
* Experience with multi-unit developments
