Are you a highly organised and proactive professional with a strong background in administration and executive support? We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to the Executive Director of SEQ Operations. This is a pivotal role that requires exceptional leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
Provide comprehensive day-to-day support to the Executive Director, including:
* Calendar management and meeting coordination
* Preparing agendas, taking minutes, and managing correspondence
* Drafting and sending emails on behalf of the Executive Director
* Managing and actioning requests via a shared mailbox
Coordinate and monitor reporting requirements including:
* Briefing notes
* Business cases and submissions
* Strategic and business planning documents
* HR reporting and related documentation
* Ensure timely and high-quality responses to internal and external enquiries
About You
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
* Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
* Proven experience supporting a Senior Executive
* A strong administration background
* Familiarity with SharePoint (highly desirable)
* Excellent organisational and time management skills
* Strong leadership and interpersonal abilities
