Privately owned and financially robust, this organisation delivers complex, technically challenging projects across commercial, hospitality, health, education, defence, mixed-use, and data centre sectors. They are seeking an experienced Project Engineer to join the team on a permanent, full-time basis. The role will be based on-site, starting with their $150M Modular Social/Affordable Housing manufacturing facility (NOR), with opportunities to work on other high-profile commercial and healthcare projects.
With a proven track record delivering landmark Perth projects, including major hotels, precinct redevelopments, hospitals, defence facilities, and large-scale data centres, they continue to grow steadily and maintain an exceptional reputation for quality and client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
* Support project delivery and coordinate site activities on large-scale projects
* Work closely with site and project management teams to deliver projects on time, budget, and quality standards
* Assist with reporting, documentation, cost control, and subcontractor management
* Contribute to a strong culture of collaboration, safety, and quality
Key Requirements
* Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
* Proven experience as a Project Engineer on $20M+ commercial projects, preferably in healthcare, modular housing, or complex commercial builds
* Strong communication, commercial acumen, and interpersonal skills
* Experience working for a main contractor is essential
* Permanent residency or full Australian working rights
