Rehabilitation Consultant
We are seeking experienced professionals to fill a Rehabilitation Consultant position. As a Rehabilitation Consultant, you will be responsible for conducting initial rehabilitation needs assessments, developing comprehensive rehabilitation plans, and conducting functional assessments.
The ideal candidate will have AHPRA Registration, an Australian Drivers License, and a Current Police Check. NDIS experience or knowledge is also desirable.
* Conducting initial rehabilitation needs assessments to identify individual needs and goals.
* Developing comprehensive rehabilitation plans to guide return to work and/or recovery.
* Conducting functional assessments, ADL assessments, workplace and ergonomic assessments.
