About the Role:
This position is based at Shepparton and involves delivering services and conducting on-ground works in various Parks and Reserves, including the Lower Goulburn National Park, Shepparton Regional Park, and surrounding areas. Your responsibilities will include the maintenance of assets, infrastructure, and facilities, as well as the field delivery of environmental projects.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver in-park services and conduct on-ground works in various parks and reserves.
* Maintain assets, infrastructure, and facilities to ensure they remain safe and functional.
* Conduct field work related to environmental projects, including data collection and analysis.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have demonstrated experience in self-management, customer service, communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills. You should also have sound ability in practical problem-solving in field work or similar hands-on work, as well as the ability to relate to and engage with the public through customer service and community engagement.
