About the Role
We are seeking an experienced FOH Restaurant Manager to join our team at JRM Restaurant Management. As the FOH Restaurant Manager, you will oversee all aspects of the restaurant's day-to-day operations, ensuring exceptional customer service and driving success.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and lead a team of front-of-house staff.
* Ensure efficient and seamless table service.
* Monitor inventory levels, place orders, and manage costs.
* Resolve customer complaints and provide exceptional customer experiences.
* Implement and enforce policies, procedures, and safety standards.
* Analyse sales data and prepare reports.
* Collaborate with the kitchen team to maintain high-quality food and service.
* Foster a positive and productive work environment.
* Rostering FOH Staff.
* Assist in social media posts and content.
Requirements:
* At least 3-5 years of proven experience as a FOH Restaurant Manager or similar role.
* Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
* Strong leadership and team management abilities.
* Proficient in inventory management, cost control, and financial reporting.
* Thorough understanding of health and safety regulations.
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively with other departments.
* Possession for the hospitality industry and commitment to delivering exceptional dining experiences.
