Battle Telecommunication Network (BTN) Operational Services Specialist – Canberra
Responsibilities
* Lead technical integration of tactical services such as BMS-C2 and Mission Partner Environment.
* Review and provide advice on the design and implementation of interfacing systems.
* Provide maintenance support to BTN hardware and software configuration items.
* Engineer test and pre-development systems to support BTN integration to the Land Combat System.
Qualifications
* Experience configuring, deploying and supporting deployable C2 applications.
* Experience developing and administering Linux-based servers, applications and standard operating workplace (SOE) images.
* Previous experience with FVEY WAN networks and systems is highly desirable.
* Experience with web conferencing configuration management and troubleshooting.
* Previous defence background or defence industry experience within Radio Networks or High Frequency.
Required Clearance
Applicant must currently hold AGSVA clearance. In some instances, compliance with International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) requirements may also be an inherent requirement.
