Once of my biggest passions is going to the gym and I train six days a week
I'm looking for friendly, reliable support workers who share my commitment to independence and community participation.

The Role
As a Support Worker, You'll play an important role in empowering me to live the life I choose.
This means:
Supporting me to achieve my NDIS goals, whether that's building strength at the gym, developing life skills or enjoying community activities.
Promoting independence and choice by respecting my individuality and supporting me to make decisions about my life.
Building meaningful relationships by creating a positive and respectful enviroment where I feel valued and understood.
Providing person-centred active support by implementing strategies that help me grow and thrive
Contributing to a safe and supportive home enviroment ensuring my wellbeing and dignity are always maintained.
About you
You're motivated, positive, and passionate about making a difference.
You bring a calm and confident approach, with the ability to adapt to changing needs.
You have experience supporting people with complex needs and behaviours of concern, along with knowledge of positive behaviour support statagies.
Your flexibility and commitment to person-centred care ensure that the people you support can live life on their terms and achieve their goals.
Shifts
I am looking for someone to support me on a casual with the potential to join the team part time in the future.
My shifts are generally but not limited to
Week 1: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday Friday 8:30 AM to 1:30 PM.
Week 2: Tuesday 7AM to 3

NDIS Worker Screening
Working with Children Check
Current Driver's Licence
Current First Aid Certificate
Current CPR
Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability/Aged Care) or other relevant qualification
