* Coordinating onboarding, offboarding, and recruitment support processes

* Driving continuous improvement across the employee lifecycle

* Strong organizational and administrative skills with exceptional attention to detail
* Proficiency in using Microsoft 365 suite and experience with databases and reporting
* Ability to manage competing priorities in a complex and fast-paced environment
* High levels of discretion, professionalism, and customer service
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
* A continuous improvement mindset and willingness to learn and adapt
