Agile Delivery Manager
As an agile delivery manager within wiq you will support squads working to solve the most complex problems across one or more business domains digital customer experience, buying and merchandising, store ops, supply chain). The nature of the work is very ambiguous and therefore requires a candidate who is comfortable with ambiguity and can navigate a team through such times.
You will need to excel in three key areas;

2. Agile Delivery; true agile transformational mindset, bringing a range of experience across multiple methodologies. Utilise the appropriate ceremonies based on specific project needs Proficient in all agile tools Constantly upskilling on new methodologies and frameworks
3. Delivery Support; facilitate the successful delivery of all advanced analytics projects and products Ability to build a business case with financial and non-financial benefits Maintain accurate resource & financial plans prioritising and making trade offs where required Identify risks and issues and put effective mitigation plans in place Sustainability plans developed for all products and projects
This role is purely focused on agile delivery in advanced analytics projects and therefore a successful candidate must have the ability to translate between highly technical teams and pure business teams.
About you
4. 3-5 years of experience delivering projects or products - agile delivery lead, scrum master or project manager
5. Agile experience (certification preferred but not essential)
6. Data & Analytics experience preferred - Familiarity with Machine learning & Data Engineering practices
7. Strong written and verbal communication skills
8. Stakeholder management & engagement
