The Role
We are looking for an IT Systems Support Specialist to join our team. This is a 100% remote, desk-based role responsible for supporting the technology needs of a large multi-national team. This position ensures our team has reliable, secure, and well-supported technology to perform their work effectively.
Key Responsibilities
* Hardware & Endpoint Support: Assist with the deployment and configuration of company-owned devices (Windows/macOS), maintain a hardware asset register, and manage the full device lifecycle.
* Tier 1 & 2 Technical Support: Act as the first point of contact for IT requests, utilising strong troubleshooting skills to resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
* Identity & Access Management (IAM): Support the onboarding and offboarding process by provisioning user accounts, email access, and system permissions across cloud platforms.
* Business Systems Support: Assist with the routine administration of core platforms and help maintain the health of various integrations and automations.
* Security & Compliance Support: Assist in enforcing IT security policies, supporting staff education, and identifying potential risks within the digital environment.
* Documentation & Knowledge Sharing: Provide clear guidance to staff and contribute to the IT knowledge base to improve team-wide efficiency.

* Platform Proficient: You are highly comfortable with Microsoft 365/Azure AD and Google Workspace environments.
* Endpoint Experts: You have experience using MDM tools (like Intune, Jamf, or SCCM) for device compliance and imaging.
* Communication Style: You can translate complex technical issues into simple, approachable guidance for non-technical staff.
* Independent & Meticulous: You are self-motivated in a remote setting and take pride in maintaining accurate records of user permissions and hardware.
* Device Deployment: Strong experience with device deployment (Windows and macOS) and Google Workspace administration.
Desirable Extras
* Experience in an MSP (Managed Service Provider) or multi-site environment.
* Foundational understanding of PowerShell or automation to streamline routine tasks.
* Current certifications like ITIL, CompTIA Security+, or Azure Fundamentals.
* Experience with CRM platforms (Zoho preferred) or similar complex business systems.
* You are highly comfortable with Microsoft 365/Azure AD and Google Workspace environments.
