About The Role
As a Service Advisor, you'll be the key link between our valued customers and our technical team. Your main responsibilities will include:
* Greeting customers and managing enquiries, both in person and over the phone
* Converting enquiries into bookings and managing daily workshop schedules
* Recording vehicle information and referencing service history
* Liaising with customers throughout the service process, ensuring clear and professional communication
* Issuing invoices and processing payments
* Following up with customers, promoting repeat business and upselling services where appropriate
* Maintaining a calm, organised approach in a fast-paced environment
About You
We're looking for someone who is:
* Confident, professional, and a natural communicator
* Experienced in customer service (sales experience is a plus)
* Able to multitask and stay organised under pressure
* Tech‑savvy with strong computer and data entry skills
* Familiar with the automotive industry (desirable, but not essential)
* Keen to grow and learn more about the automotive world
