About the Role
As General Manager – Property Management, you will be responsible for the overall performance, culture and strategic direction of the Property Management department.
Key responsibilities include:
* Leading and inspiring a high-performing Property Management team
* Implementing their change from a task based process to a pod-style process
* Driving performance, operational efficiency and service standards
* Overseeing the Trust accounts
* Working closely with the Directors to execute strategic growth initiatives
* Implementing and refining systems, processes and best practices
* Coaching, mentoring and developing team members at all levels
* Championing a positive, collaborative and accountable culture

About You
We are seeking a polished Real Estate professional who is ready to step up or already operates at a senior leadership level.
* Senior leadership experience – GM / Property Department Head / Operations Manager or similar

* Strong business acumen with a hands‑on, solutions-focused approach
* Proven success in property management leadership or operations
* Excellent communication, stakeholder management and decision-making skills
