We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual, with an understanding of the Tasmanian market, to join our Board as a Non-Executive Director.
We operate in a commercial landscape with strong regulatory parameters. You will be expected to provide strategic guidance and oversight to shape the business for future success and long-term sustainability. Your independent advice and enthusiastic contribution to sound governance will be highly valued.
To excel in this role, you should have experience in significant and contemporary corporate commercial environments, with skills in banking, finance, accounting, audit, or risk management. A strong cultural alignment with our core values of relationships, integrity, and collaboration is essential. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are critical, along with active participation in Board discussions, demonstrating intellectual curiosity and wise judgment.
A commitment to and connection with North and/or North-West Tasmania would be highly regarded.
