Senior Manager Maintenance Performance Job Description
The ideal candidate for this Senior Manager role will be responsible for leading the delivery of preventative and corrective maintenance across our Queensland road and tunnel network.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement maintenance plans to ensure assets are safe, reliable, and performing at their best.
* Oversee maintenance activities to ensure compliance with safety standards, contractual obligations, and regulatory requirements.
* Build strong relationships with contractors and suppliers to optimize maintenance processes and improve overall performance.
* Lead a culture of health, safety, and environment excellence within the team.
* Provide accurate maintenance performance reporting and ensure asset registers and condition data are current.
Requirements:
* Significant experience in maintenance asset management in complex operational environments.
* Proven people leadership experience and the ability to develop high-performing teams.
* Excellent stakeholder engagement and collaboration skills.
* Strong compliance and risk management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Background in roads or tunnel infrastructure.
