ESS is the market leading support services division of Compass Group, partnering with major companies throughout the oil and gas, mining and construction, and defence sectors.We are currently looking for a Receptionist/Administrative Coordinator, to play a key role in the day to day running of our Operations Support Team in Cannon Hill.This is the perfect role for someone with experience in a receptionist/administrative coordinator support role, looking to take that next step into a global organisation where you will genuinely have a career path in our business.This is a Monday-Friday role, 38 hours per week, working out of our Cannon Hill Head Office 5 days per week.The PositionReporting into our Executive Assistant, this position ensures our support team runs efficiently. Specifically, you will be responsible for the following;Perform receptionist duties, being the main point of contact in receptionCoordinating admin operations support and activitiesAssisting in on-boarding processes for remote employeesManage incoming / outgoing mail and courier bookingsGeneral administrative duties including support with general operations enquiriesAssist with general office upkeep ensuring kitchen facilities, stationery and office equipment are well stocked and maintainedManagement of the Compass Group carpark allocations as per the Carpark PolicyLiaise with building management in regards to evacuation exercisesBooking adhoc domestic and international travelManaging visitors in the support officeConducting inductions for new startersEvent managementOther ad hoc tasks as requiredThe PersonMinimum 5 years experience in a similar roleIntermediate to advanced computer skills including Microsoft Office SuiteCustomer service focus, with flexible approach and attitudeExcellent written and oral communication skillsExcellent time management and attention to detailAbility to multi-task and work autonomously as requiredAbility to build rapport with both internal and external stakeholdersAbility to work under pressure and manage conflicting prioritiesThe BenefitsThis is a rare opportunity to work with a great support team.
