About the Opportunity:
* We are seeking an experienced and compassionate individual to lead our team in Children, Youth & Family Services, providing direct support and case management for vulnerable youth.
Your Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead a team of residential care workers, fostering a supportive environment and conducting regular supervisions to ensure optimal outcomes for our clients.
2. Develop, manage, and review individualized plans for young people, addressing their unique needs and goals in collaboration with government agencies and community partners.
3. Cultivate strong relationships with diverse stakeholders, leveraging your exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to drive positive change.
The Ideal Candidate:
* Hold a Certificate IV, Diploma, or Bachelor's degree in Child, Youth & Family Intervention or a related field such as Social Work, Psychology, Education, etc.
* Demonstrate proven experience in youth services management, including program oversight and staff supervision.
* Show a thorough understanding of Child Protection principles and experience working with government and non-government agencies.
