POSITION

An Assistant Branch Manager position in the South Eastern Suburbs of Melbourne has now become available due to internal promotions and staff restructuring. This is a perfect opportunity for an experienced Spare Parts Interpreter who is looking for the next step in their career towards upper management within a large organisation.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Provide overall support to the Branch Manager and Senior Operations Teams
- Provide technical assistance to clients and sales team on product specification queries
- Leading the Spare Parts Interpreter as well as Customer Service teams
- Identify the suitability and availability of parts from new and/or existing suppliers.
- Assist and clarify technical queries from the operational and sales teams and external supply chain.
- Provide regular feedback and updates on work schedules to management.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

- Experience as a Parts Interpreter or in parts operations within automotive, capital equipment, truck, or agricultural industries
- Desire to step into leadership with the confidence to support a Branch Manager
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Commercial awareness and attention to detail in stock and operations management
- Motivated, professional, and ready to take the next step in your career
