* Conducting comprehensive analysis of clients' financial statements and annual reviews
* Assisting clients with electronic transactions, including internet banking, credit cards, merchant facilities, and other digital services
* Participating in the onboarding process and credit approval activities
* Communicating with customers efficiently and resolving queries in a timely manner
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will ideally have strong analytical skills, experience in managing compliance and annual reviews, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Sound knowledge of agribusiness or relevant experience would be an advantage.
