Your primary duties will include coordinating maintenance and repairs, ensuring properties are in optimal condition. You will also be required to communicate with tenants, lease properties, conduct inspections, and handle customer inquiries.
To succeed in this role, you must have knowledge of Lease Administration and the ability to work effectively on-site. Proficiency in relevant property management software is a plus.
