About the role
Motackle and Outdoors' is seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Fishing Retail Attendant to join our team in our Coffs Harbour, NSW store. This full-time role will see you providing exceptional customer service and expert advice to fishing enthusiasts, helping them find the perfect gear and equipment for their next adventure.
must be available to work weekends. 9-5pm
What you'll be doing
* Assisting customers with product selection and providing in-depth knowledge of our fishing equipment and accessories
* Maintaining immaculate store presentation and ensuring all products are correctly displayed and stocked
* Processing sales transactions efficiently and handling cash and inventory management
* Staying up-to-date with the latest fishing trends, techniques and industry developments
* Contributing to a positive and collaborative team environment
What we're looking for
* Previous experience in a retail or customer service role, preferably within the fishing and outdoor industry (preferred but not essential)
* Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to provide outstanding customer service
* Strong product knowledge and a genuine passion for fishing and the great outdoors
* Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask
* A team player with a positive and enthusiastic attitude
