* Job Summary:
* Coordinate efficient production workflows, collaborate with workshop teams, and ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop, finalize, and distribute detailed production plans to relevant stakeholders.
2. Create and manage production schedules to maximize workflow efficiency and resource utilization.
3. Provide customers with clear and timely daily and weekly progress updates.
4. Collaborate with workshop teams to ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time.
5. Monitor parts availability and coordinate procurement to prevent operational delays.
6. Maintain up-to-date records of maintenance, repairs, and scheduled servicing activities.
7. Evaluate production performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
Qualified mechanical tradesperson with a strong foundation in workshop planning and coordination. Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Project. Solid grasp of customer business processes.
