This is a full-time, permanent position with a consistent 4-night work week.

* Monday to Thursday
* 8:00 PM to 6:00 AM

This is a unique opportunity to bring your skills to our Mulgrave facility on a full-time, 4-day night shift (8pm - 6am). We are seeking a meticulous and reliable professional who takes pride in their work and understands the importance of quality.
As a key member of our production team, you will be trusted to work autonomously, ensuring our high standards are met on every project. You will be a leader on the floor, setting the pace for quality and efficiency.
What You'll Be Doing:
* Operating our guillotines with safety and precision.
* Assisting with a variety of hands-on finishing tasks.
* Ensuring high quality and accuracy in all your work.
* Working with a supportive team to meet deadlines.
What You'll Need:
* Experience in a bindery or print finishing role is essential.
* Specific experience using a guillotine is highly valued.
* A reliable and proactive attitude.
* The ability to work well independently and within a team.
* A strong commitment to safety.
