Job Description:
As a vital member of our team, you'll work closely with stakeholders across all levels of our clients' businesses, from C-suite leaders to boutique owners, sales professionals, trainers, and marketing teams. Your enthusiasm for real estate, data, and driving client success will be evident in every interaction.
By combining your technical expertise with strong interpersonal skills, you'll make a meaningful impact on client outcomes while contributing to a supportive and collaborative team culture. With a keen eye on industry developments and emerging tech, you'll play a key role in strengthening our position as a globally respected, independent brand in Data & Analytics.
What you will be doing:
* Territory Ownership: Manage SME customers in the Brisbane market.
* Digital Solutions: Present Cotality products to drive portfolio growth and new sales.
* High Activity: Maintain a rhythm to engage the right customers and grow your portfolio.
* Strategic Planning: Develop and implement a state strategic plan aligned with the overall state plan.
* Client Engagement: Lead key account strategies with the Queensland State Manager and negotiate deals.
* Sales Reporting: Regularly report performance, analyse variances, and take corrective actions.
* Market Intelligence: Gather and coordinate market insights on competitors.
* Influence: Provide valuable insights to influence state-wide decisions.

* A strong understanding of the real estate / B2B industry.
* Demonstrated success in managing key client relationships.
* Strong ability to balance commercial objectives for both our business and our clients.
* Skilled in creative problem-solving and thinking beyond conventional solutions.
* Proven track record of driving change through innovative ideas and a proactive mindset.
Preferred:
* Experience in a sales-driven environment.
* Proven experience working within the real estate industry.
* Previous experience in a similar account management or client-facing role.
