Sales Executive – Medical & Aesthetics Devices
Location: Perth (Subiaco showroom + on the road)
Salary: up to $110,000 Base Salary + super + car allowance + uncapped commissions
An internationally recognised leader in medical aesthetics technology is seeking an ambitious Sales Executive to take ownership of the Western Australia territory. With a portfolio of globally renowned devices and a reputation built on innovation, clinical results and performance, this is an opportunity to represent one of the most respected brands in the industry.
The Role
This is a dynamic, client-facing B2B sales role where you'll drive growth across Western Australia through a combination of new business development and account management.
You'll operate from a premium Subiaco showroom while also being out on the road, building relationships with clinics, hosting consultations, running demonstrations and delivering training. The showroom will act as a key hub for client engagement, events and product education.
Working closely with senior leadership, you'll manage your territory with a high level of autonomy while being supported by a collaborative national team.
What You'll Do
* Build, grow and maintain strong relationships with clinics, wellness centres and healthcare practices
* Identify and convert new business opportunities across WA
* Conduct high-quality product demonstrations, consultations and training sessions both in-clinic and in the showroom
* Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact through to close and ongoing account growth
* Build and maintain a strong pipeline through proactive outreach and relationship management
* Use CRM systems to track activity, manage clients and report on performance
* Represent the brand at industry events, exhibitions and conferences
* Travel across WA, with occasional interstate travel to support broader team initiatives
About You
You're confident, polished and commercially driven. You thrive in client-facing environments and enjoy building long-term relationships that lead to real business outcomes.
You bring energy, professionalism and a strong sense of ownership to your work. You're equally comfortable presenting to a room of clinicians, running a one-on-one consultation or managing your pipeline independently.
Ideally, you'll bring:
* 2+ years of B2B or capital equipment sales experience (medical, aesthetics or wellness highly regarded)
* Proven success in achieving and exceeding sales targets
* Strong presentation and communication skills
* A polished, professional presence suited to a premium client base
* A proactive and adaptable approach with strong commercial awareness
* Confidence using CRM systems and Microsoft Office
* A valid driver's licence and willingness to travel regularly
