This organisation is leading the way in IT Consultancy and is looking to expand the Admin team. This Reception role will be busy but rewarding.
**Your new role**
Your new role will contain 30% of the traditional Reception duties and 70% Admin support to the Finance Team
Reception Duties:
- Meet and Greet Clients and Staff/Visitors to the office
- Courier sorting/distributing
- Office maintenance (filing, scanning, keeping kitchen tidy and stocked up etc)
Admin Support Duties:
- Invoicing
- Stock Management
- Admin Support to the Finance and Procurement team
**What you'll need to succeed**
To succeed in this role you will need to have experience as a Receptionist and be confident in general administrative duties.
There is no requirement to have experience in the industry however a positive attitude to learning is highly desired.
