We are currently seeking compassionate and dedicated Home Care Workers to join our team in Newcastle. This is a rewarding opportunity to provide essential support to individuals within the community, helping them maintain their independence and quality of life.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities.
* Support clients in social participation, community outings, and medical appointments.
* Develop and implement tailored support plans based on individual client needs.
* Maintain a safe and clean environment for clients.
* Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
Requirements
* Availability: Minimum of 3 days per week, Monday to Friday.
* NDIS Clearance: Current NDIS Worker Screening Check is mandatory.
* Orientation Module: Completion of the NDIS Orientation Module.
* First Aid and CPR Certification: Valid certification required.
* Relevant Qualifications: Certificate III in Aged Care, or equivalent.
* Driver's License: Valid driver's license.
* Vehicle: Access to a reliable car with full comprehensive insurance.
